Access pending
You are signed in as but do not have the Events.Admin role. Please contact the IT Manager.
Bulk import
Upload a Mazevo Excel export (.xlsx) directly, or a CSV mapped to the SBG template. Rows are matched to existing events by Source + External Ref when present, otherwise by Title + start date. Matched rows are updated; the rest are created.
Mazevo files are detected automatically: grouping and subtotal rows are skipped, multi-room bookings are combined into one event, rooms are mapped to SBG venues, event type is inferred from the title, and status is set to Confirmed. Any room that does not map is flagged in the preview so nothing imports onto the wrong venue.
